A $30 non-refundable deposit by Interac e-Transfer to 902beautybar@gmail.com secures every appointment. It is applied to your service total on the day, and it holds a one-on-one time slot that is reserved only for you.
Studio policies
Clear, kind, fair.
A one-artist studio runs on trust and good timing. These policies keep every appointment calm, on schedule and fair to the client after you.
Rescheduling & cancellations
Life happens. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule and your deposit moves with you to the new date. Cancellations or changes with less notice forfeit the deposit, and a new deposit is needed to rebook.
Late arrivals
Appointments run back to back with one client at a time. If you are running late, send a quick text. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be shortened or rescheduled so the next client is not affected.
Foreign fills
Foreign fills are not offered. If your current nail enhancements or lash extensions were done by another technician, please book a removal plus a full set. This lets Nawal properly remove the existing product, assess your natural nails or lashes and start fresh, which gives the best results and keeps them healthy.
Lash appointments
Please arrive with clean lashes and no mascara or eye makeup. Full-set prices include the lash style selected, and fills are intended for sets originally applied at 902 Beauty Bar. Lashes that are heavily grown out or need extensive correction may require additional time or a fresh set. Add-ons are available on request and charged in addition to the base service.
Nail pricing
Extension and overlay prices include one solid colour. Nail art starts from $5 per finger and French tips, cat eye, ombré and chrome are charged separately, so the final price depends on the amount and complexity of the design. Please select the correct service and length when booking so enough appointment time is reserved.
Health & safety
Tools are sanitised and single-use items are disposed of after every client, in line with Cosmetology Association of Nova Scotia standards. Please reschedule if you are unwell, have an eye infection before a lash appointment, or have an open wound near the service area.
Guests & children
The studio is an intimate space designed for one client at a time. Please arrive on your own unless a guest is also booked, so every appointment stays calm and focused.
Aftercare & fixes
Aftercare instructions are shared at every appointment. If something lifts, pops or chips within a few days despite following aftercare, message Nawal right away and she will look at it with you.
